Who we are

K's Top 2 Bottom Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a family-owned house cleaning business serving the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. You can reach us at (919) 964-4638 or ktop2bottomcleaning@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote through our website, we ask for:

• Contact info: name, phone number, email address
• Service location: ZIP code (your full address is only collected after we confirm an appointment, and only over the phone or email)
• Home details: square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, and information about pets or children — only what's needed to quote and complete the job
• Cleaning preferences: service type, frequency, condition notes, access instructions
• Optional info: referral source, payment method preference

We do not collect: credit card numbers (we accept Venmo, Zelle, and check directly), Social Security numbers, government IDs, or any data you didn't voluntarily share.

How we use it

• To prepare your custom cleaning quote
• To contact you about scheduling, the service itself, or follow-up
• To accept payment for completed services
• To improve our services (e.g., understanding common requests)

We do not use your information for anything else — no marketing emails, no newsletters, no automated calls, no third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Ever. Two third parties help us run this website, and they only see what's necessary:

• Netlify hosts our website and receives form submissions. Netlify's privacy policy.
• Google serves the fonts on this website (which means Google's servers may see your IP address when the page loads). Google's privacy policy.

That's it. We don't share customer information with marketing services, data brokers, or anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep quote request data only as long as we need it to serve you. Submitted quotes that don't become customers are deleted within 90 days. For active customers, we keep service records and contact information for as long as you're a customer plus a reasonable period afterward to handle any follow-up questions or returning bookings.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below).

How we protect it

• All data sent between your browser and our website is encrypted (HTTPS)
• Form submissions are stored on Netlify's secured infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II audited)
• We use 2-factor authentication on the email account and dashboard where your information lives
• We don't print, store paper copies of, or share customer information with anyone outside our cleaning team

Your rights

You can — at any time, for any reason — ask us to:

• Show you what information we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information from our records
• Stop contacting you

Children's information

We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our services are for homeowners and renters. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Significant changes will be communicated to existing customers by email when relevant.
